Continental Chicken Rice Serves 3 is a 120 g packet with rice (81%), maltodextrin, sugar, peas, carrot and onion. Flavour enhancers, vegetable oil, parsley and turmeric complete the seasoning. May contain traces of crustacean, egg, fish, gluten, lupin, milk, peanut, sesame, soy and wheat. Store in a cool, dry place. Cooking time is 10 minutes on the stove top.

Rice (81%), maltodextrin, natural flavours, sugar, vegetables [peas (1%), carrot (0.9%), onion (0.2%)], flavour enhancers (621, 635), mineral salt (potassium chloride), salt, vegetable oil, parsley, turmeric.

Remove from heat. Stir, replace lid and stand for 2 minutes Microwave (900W) - cooking times may vary 1) Combine 11/2 cups (375mL) hot water, 1 teaspoon Flora Salt Reduced spread and Seasoned Rice pack contents in a microwave safe bowl 2) Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes.
