Potato (60%) makes up most of the gnocchi, with wheat flour, potato starch, ricotta cheese (7%), free range egg (2.5%) and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (2.5%). Egg, gluten, milk and wheat are declared, and soy may be present. Keep refrigerated at or below 5°C, and eat within 5 days of opening.
