This own-brand gnocchi weighs 500g and is mostly potato puree at 85%, with wheat flour and rice flour added. Salt, lactic acid, potassium sorbate and a flavouring round out the list. Gluten and wheat are declared, and egg, milk, pine nut and soy may be present as traces. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate below 5°C and use within 3 days.
