Ryvita Crispbread Multigrain is a 250g pack built on whole grain rye flour (68%), toasted seeds and grains (16%), rye bran (15%) and salt. Buckwheat, brown linseed, sesame and kibbled rye make up the seed mix. Rye and sesame are declared, and gluten and soy may be present. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening.
