Gold Label Seeded Crackers with sea salt from Arnott's come in a 100g pack. The seed mix is white sesame (14%), linseed (12%), sunflower seeds (9%) and black sesame (4%), with tapioca flour, brown rice flour, chickpea flour and sea salt (0.5%). Sesame is declared, and the crackers are gluten free. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight, lightproof container.
