White Wings Brownie Mix comes in a 475g pack. Sugars, cocoa powder at 7%, tapioca and rice flours, linseed powder and vegetable oil form the base, with dark chocolate chips at 4%. Contains Soy. May contain traces of milk. Store in cool, dry conditions at or below 25C. The pack is labelled to serve 12.

Brownie Mix Icing sugar (sugar, starch (maize, tapioca)), sugar, cocoa powder (7%), modified tapioca starch (1442), rice flour, linseed powder, maize starch, vegetable oil (emulsifiers (471, 477), antioxidants (soy lecithin, 307)), salt, thickeners (415 (soy), 464), natural flavour, raising agents (341, 450, 500). Dark Chocolate Chips (4%) Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin).

Directions
Prep: 5 mins Bake: 45-50mins^ Serves: 12 Just Add: 100g (5 Tbsp) vegan spread, melted 125mL ( cup) water Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 180C conventional or 160C fan-forced. Grease and line a 5cm deep x 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. 2. Add brownie mix, chocolate chips, melted vegan spread and water into a medium size bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low-medium speed for 1 minutes until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl where necessary. 3. Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes^ or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in pan. ^Time may vary depending on oven.
