Marzipan in a 500g pack from Bake & Create is made from sugar, almonds (24%), glucose syrup, water and inverted sugar syrup, with potassium sorbate as a preservative. Contains almond. Store in a cool, dry place and do not refrigerate. Once opened, keep it in an airtight container.
