Directions
Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw the Eazii Cumin Lamb Skewers 400g completely and remove it from the package.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
3. Place the lamb skewers in the oven, then reduce the temperature to 160 degree Celsius. Cook for 7 minutes.
4. Flip the product to the other side and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the core temperature reaches 70 degree Celsius.
5. Remove the product from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
