Store in a cool dry place. Always use a dry spoon.
Directions
1. Add 1 tablespoon of cream stabiliser to every 300mL of cream. 2. Beat with an electric mixer for 3-4 minutes until firm. This will keep your whipped cream perfect for up to 72 hours.
